1. Digital Products: Online Courses and Workshops

All digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and workshop access are delivered electronically. After successful payment, access is provided either immediately or within a reasonable timeframe via email or through the user account.

No physical shipping is required for digital products.

Delivery is considered completed once access to the digital content has been granted or login credentials have been provided.

2. Online Consultations

Online breastfeeding and lactation consultations are delivered via Zoom at the scheduled appointment time. After booking and payment confirmation, clients receive an email with the session details and access link.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and suitable technical equipment for participation.

Failure to attend a scheduled session does not automatically entitle the client to a refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Live Consultations, Workshops and In-Person Services

Where services are provided in person or as live sessions (including consultations, workshops, or group events), these services are delivered at the agreed time and location stated in the booking confirmation.

Clients are responsible for attending on time. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in the full service fee being charged, unless otherwise agreed.

If a live event is moved to an online format due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be informed in advance and provided with updated access details where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments for consultations, workshops, or live services may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or in the case of a no-show without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance via email.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive access to a purchased digital product or service within a reasonable timeframe, please contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any access issues as quickly as possible.

6. No Physical Shipping

This website does not offer physical shipping of goods. All services and products are delivered digitally or as live/online services.
