Breastfeeding Consultation

I am Natasha Cvetanovska Todosovska, IBCLC – an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in Germany.

I provide personalized breastfeeding and infant feeding support for families during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. My approach combines evidence-based care with compassionate and individualized guidance tailored to your family’s needs.

Since 2020, I have been providing breastfeeding and lactation support in Macedonian, English, and German through “Breastfeeding with Love,” a recognized brand focused on evidence-based lactation care and parent education.

Whether you are preparing during pregnancy or already experiencing difficulties, I am here to support you with tailored guidance based on your individual situation.

I can support you with:

  • breastfeeding preparation during pregnancy
  • latch and positioning difficulties
  • painful feeding and sore nipples
  • breast engorgement and breast pain
  • concerns about milk supply (low or oversupply)
  • baby not gaining weight as expected
  • pumping and expressing milk
  • combination feeding and formula supplementation
  • bottle refusal or bottle introduction
  • returning to work while breastfeeding
  • milk storage and building a pumping routine
  • introduction of solids
  • kindergarten start
  • weaning support (gradual or sudden)
  • feeding challenges in the newborn period
  • breastfeeding premature infants
  • breastfeeding twins, triplets and tandem feeding
  • establishing and maintaining milk supply
  • general breastfeeding confidence and reassurance

My goal is to provide calm, professional, and evidence-based support that is tailored to your needs — from the beginning of your feeding journey through every stage that follows.

I take a holistic and individualized approach to lactation support.

Feeding your baby is not only a physical process, but also an emotional and deeply personal journey. My consultations are designed to support both the practical and emotional aspects of feeding, ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Together, we create realistic and sustainable solutions that fit your lifestyle, your family’s needs, and your feeding goals.

I don’t think I can recommend Natasha highly enough. I have had consultations with other lactation consultants before, but I never felt the same level of trust that I feel with Natasha. She has helped me several times with different challenges, and saying that I am extremely satisfied would still be an understatement.

Thank you so much for your support! Not only did you help me during the consultation itself, but you were also there for me during an especially critical moment for both me and my baby when I reached out again afterward. In the middle of all the stress and doubts I had created for myself, your positive energy truly meant so much to me.

You do not have to navigate your feeding journey alone.

Whether you are preparing for breastfeeding, experiencing challenges, or simply looking for reassurance and guidance, I am here to support you with compassionate, professional, and evidence-based care.

Can I contact you before booking?

Yes. You can send a short message describing your situation before booking. The initial contact is free of charge and helps us decide together which type of consultation is most suitable for you.

How does an online consultation work?

Online consultations take place via Zoom and are structured, private, and fully transparent. You receive the same level of professional support as in-person sessions, with real-time guidance, assessment, and tailored practical solutions. In some cases, I may ask for a video of a breastfeeding session, and if needed, an in-person consultation may be recommended for a more complete assessment or hands-on support.

How long does a consultation last?

The first consultation usually lasts around 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your individual situation and needs. Follow-up or check-in sessions can be shorter, typically around 30 minutes or less. The exact duration always depends on the specific situation and the challenges being addressed.

How does payment work?

Payment is made via invoice. After your consultation, you will receive an invoice which can be paid by bank transfer. You can also conveniently pay through the online shop option. If the consultation lasts longer than originally booked, an additional invoice for the extra time may be issued accordingly.

As a Kleinunternehmerin according to §19 UStG, no VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is charged.

What can I expect from a phone consultation?

Phone consultations are best for brief questions or quick guidance. They are not a full assessment, but a focused conversation to help you understand your next steps and feel more confident.

Are in-person consultations always necessary?

No, not every situation requires an in-person visit. Many breastfeeding challenges can be effectively supported online.

However, in some specific cases, an in-person consultation may be recommended for a more complete assessment or hands-on support. If this is the case, I will inform you in advance and explain why it may be beneficial for your situation.

How should I prepare for a consultation?

You don’t need to prepare anything perfectly. If possible, it helps to have a quiet space, your baby with you (for feeding support), and any relevant information such as feeding history, weight gain, or specific concerns. We will go through everything together during the session.

Before the consultation, clients are asked to review and sign a consultation agreement with important information about the session and scope of support. For online consultations, the agreement is provided automatically as a downloadable document after purchase/payment.

Are your services covered by health insurance?

Some German health insurance providers may reimburse or partially support lactation consultations provided by IBCLC consultants as part of family or preventive health programs.

All families are encouraged to contact their Krankenkasse directly and apply for reimbursement of IBCLC lactation consultations.

The BDL has prepared a draft reimbursement request form that can be downloaded and submitted to your Krankenkasse as part of your application for cost coverage.
