Online breastfeeding and lactation consultations are conducted via Zoom as part of service delivery.

When participating in an online consultation, personal data such as name, email address, and during the session potentially audio, video, and health-related information you choose to share may be processed. This processing is necessary for providing individualized lactation support.

Zoom may process data such as connection details, IP address, and technical usage information. Some data may be processed on servers outside the European Union. Appropriate data protection safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place.

Please ensure you are in a private and safe environment during your session to protect your confidentiality.
