Third-Party Service Providers
Online consultations are conducted via third-party video conferencing services, including Zoom. The use of Zoom is subject to its own privacy policy and terms of service.
This website may also embed video content from third-party platforms such as Vimeo and YouTube. When accessing or viewing embedded videos, these providers may collect and process personal data, including IP address, device information, and usage behavior, and may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and service improvement. Vimeo and YouTube operate as independent data controllers and are responsible for their own data processing practices under their respective privacy policies.
3. Contract Formation
The presentation of services and products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By completing the order process and submitting payment, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product or service. A contract is concluded once order confirmation or access to the purchased service/product has been provided. You will receive confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro (€). Payments are processed through external payment providers such as PayPal and/or other available payment services.
The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the time of purchase applies. The customer is responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and valid.
5. Digital Products and Online Courses
After successful payment, access to digital products, online courses, or downloadable materials may be provided immediately or within a reasonable timeframe. Digital content is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
The sharing, copying, redistribution, recording, reproduction, or resale of course materials, videos, downloads, or other content without prior written permission is prohibited.
Access to online content may be time-limited if specified in the product description.
The provider reserves the right to modify or update course content where necessary.
6. Consultations and Appointments
Consultations may take place online or in person where applicable. Appointments booked through Calendly or other booking systems are considered binding once confirmed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the consultation.
Before the consultation, clients are asked to review and sign a consultation agreement containing important information regarding the scope of support, communication, responsibilities, and general consultation policies. For online consultations, the agreement is automatically provided as a downloadable document after purchase/payment and must be completed prior to the session.
The provider does not guarantee specific outcomes from consultations or educational services.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or in the case of missed appointments without prior notice, the provider reserves the right to charge the full consultation fee.
The provider reserves the right to refuse refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations unless otherwise agreed.
In cases of illness, technical problems, or unforeseen circumstances, appointments may be rescheduled.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under applicable consumer protection law.
Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email using a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received will be reimbursed within 14 days using the same payment method originally used.
Digital Content Exception
For digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, or other digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once:
- access to the digital content has started,
- the consumer expressly agreed to immediate performance before the withdrawal period ended,
- and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon access.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds for digital products, courses, workshops, or consultations are handled individually and according to applicable consumer protection law. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be excluded once access has been granted, unless legally required otherwise. If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.

Breastfeeding and lactation support does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized healthcare provided by a physician or other healthcare professional.
Breastfeeding and lactation challenges can sometimes require a multidisciplinary approach involving other healthcare professionals. If, during a consultation, it becomes apparent that additional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or support may be beneficial, the provider reserves the right to recommend referral to an appropriate healthcare professional or specialist.
In emergencies, users should contact emergency medical services or their healthcare provider immediately.
