Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Information
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all services and digital products offered through this website, including online consultations, courses, workshops, and downloadable materials.
Due to the nature of digital and service-based products, different refund rules apply depending on the type of purchase.
2. Digital Products and Online Courses
All digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and digital workshops are non-tangible goods and are delivered electronically.
Once access to digital content has been granted or the content has been made available, refunds are generally not possible.
This is in accordance with EU consumer law regarding digital content, where the right of withdrawal expires once access begins, provided the customer has given prior consent.
Exceptions may be made in cases of:
- technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved
- duplicate payments or billing errors
3. Online Consultations (Zoom Sessions)
Online consultations are time-based services and are considered reserved appointments.
Cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment: full refund or rescheduling possible
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment: no refund, the full service fee will be charged
- No-shows: no refund, the full service fee will be charged
Refunds are not granted for missed appointments unless otherwise agreed or in exceptional circumstances.
4. Live Workshops and Events
For live workshops and in-person or online events:
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the event: partial or full refund may be possible (depending on event type)
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: no refund
- No-shows: no refund
If an event is cancelled by the provider, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Services Already Delivered
Refunds are not available for services that have already been fully provided, including completed consultations, workshops, or accessed course content.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 14 days).
7. Technical Issues
If access to a purchased digital product or course is not possible due to technical issues, please contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide alternative access.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers within the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, this right expires early for digital content once:
- access has begun, and
- the customer has explicitly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right
This applies to all online courses and downloadable materials.
